Have an office or a large group that you are buying for? We can help! 

Group pricing is available for orders of $215 or more and qualifies for a 40% discount on regularly priced scrubs. We accept payments at the time of purchase or we can establish a store account for your convenience. Simply click on the Account Authorization Form, complete it and return it to LooseEndz Mediscrubs with your order details and we will take care of the rest!


Please let us know what styles and colors your facility requires, or if you are not selecting a specific brand/style, please dictate a specific dollar amount for each employee. Send a list of approved employees with this form.


Please make sure your employees know the color/style/amount that you have specified before shopping. Our staff will be happy to help, but the employee is ultimately responsible for knowing their dress code requirements.



Terms and Conditions

Employers are responsible for updating employee lists with LoosEndz Mediscrubs. New employees WILL NOT be allowed to charge scrubs on account until written authorization is provided from the employer. Employers will be responsible for all charges made on account, even if the employee has been terminated, unless LoosEndz Mediscrubs has been notified in writing of the employee ineligibility prior to the completion of the sale. Bulk orders will incur a 15% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges after delivery has been made. Employees will be prohibited from exchanging/returning items purchased by an employer for alternative styles/colors/store credit when a specific style has been designated by the employer. Accounts with a past due balance may be restricted at owner’s discretion. Please see store for additional details.
